I really cause tired of people who write reviews and get no idea of what they are talking about. I experience been a photographer since 1958 and haave used/experimented with everything from (A) Alpa to (z) Zephyr. A Nikon devotee I will enunciate decent up front that the Coolpix P 7000 is not a camera for those who are given to laying cameras in the (P) mode and white light rest to Auto. With the D3x, Coolpix P7000 D700 and D90 in my camera cabinet I may tell you that the P7000 deserves to be in that company. Yes there is a routine of a lag if you are shooting in the Fine way with both Raw and JPEG files being recorded, but that would exist true of any camera in this “Bridge Class” of cameras.
