I am very pleased with my young television. It has an splendid pic and the remote is slow to operate. I receive other Sony televisions and receive never received a problem with any of them. I am too pleased KDL55NX720 with purchasing the TV from Amazon. I had previously purchased TV’s for two or three online stores in the Young York Area. These companies forthwith anticipated and sought to sell me additional productions and went warranties. I did not alike their difficult sell approach. Buying from Amazon was much different. Formerly I made the buy there were no followup telephone calls. They held me considerably informed till the product arrived. I will proceed to endure Amazon with other purchases.
